Aspects of Vulnerability

Erlanger, KY (February 21, 2018)- There are six key areas to focus on when assessing the vulnerability that a company may face in regards to union organizing. Looking at each of these areas thoroughly will show where the issues within your company may lie.

The aspects to consider include:

  • Communication
  • HR/Benefits
  • Compensation
  • Policy
  • Staffing
  • Threats

If there is not effective communication within your business, issues will automatically start emerging. Employees need to be able to communicate to top-level management without feeling intimidated. The policies that are put in place can play a factor in most of these other areas because without efficient policies, all other areas may suffer. If you are not sure where your company stands in these six categories, the union organizing vulnerability quiz may be for you. ANHS, a union avoidance company provides this quiz on their website so companies can see where they stand. There will be a score generated and a written portion that discusses this score further and how it relates to the aspects above.

If this score is low, don’t be alarmed. The score is designed to show you what you can improve on, and how ANHS can help you to achieve your goals. They provide many services in order to help companies that may be in these situations. Some services they provide are union avoidance training and workplace issue assessment. These strategic services are best for companies where no actions have yet been taken. If actions towards unionizing have been taken, they offer urgent services to be started right away.
